Home Alone was released on November 1990 with Home Alone, its sequel coming later on in 1992 following the success of Home Alone 1 which with an initial 18 million dollars
budget grossed 477 million, setting a record.

Home Alone is a classic christmas film which follows the triumps
of Kevin, portrayed by Macaulay Culkin, an 8 year old boy who after being accidentally left behind by his family and being home alone during christmas time must defend
his home from two burglars, Harry and Marv, popularly known as "wet bandits"
