The new Armageddon box drops 23 push-fit Space Marines into the 11th edition of Warhammer 40k, and in this review I'm tearing through every single one through a kitbasher's lens — what's worth chopping, what's a bits goldmine, and what to leave alone.

Kitbashing miniatures from a starter box is a cheap way to feed your conversion projects, and Armageddon is loaded with parts: the new Captain with relic shield, a Librarian channelling a force staff, a Chaplain with jump pack, the Ancient with a banner begging for freehand, fresh Intercessors, Vanguard Veterans, heavy bolter Eradicators in Mk X Gravis, and the updated Land Speeder. I rate each unit on conversion potential, pose, and bits value for the Adeptus Astartes hobbyist.
