Gennaro's Gorgeous Grilled Fish With Pesto Dressing

Gennaro cooks up a storm with this super-easy fish recipe. He's using lampuka from the beautiful Mediterranean island of Malta but you can use sea bass, sea bream, sardines or mackerel. It's the pesto dressing and wild rocket salad which bring this dish alive!
