Day 5 of The Five Elements Challenge

Today, Dondi Dahlin walks you through the final day of the challenge! Congratulations to all of you who took the challenge! We invite you to continue to use these exercises whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

There are "go-to" emotions associated with each of The Five Elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. Becoming aware of which emotion you tend to resonate with when stressed is a clue in determining your element.

Here are the exercises created by Donna Eden to help you balance and calm your emotions.

Blowing Out The Candle (Releases FEAR for Waters)
Blowing Out The Anger (Releases ANGER for Woods)
Taking Down The Flame (Calms PANIC for Fires)
Triple Warmer Spleen Hug (Calms WORRY for Earths)
Connecting Heaven and Earth (Releases GRIEF for Metals)
