Watch: Volcano erupts, people flee from Goma city amid panic in eastern Congo

A volcano erupted in Democratic Republic of Congo on May 22. Mount Nyiragongo spewed lava after almost 2 decades. People reportedly fled the city of Goma in panic. Many Congolese also entered neighbouring Rwanda for shelter. Lava reportedly reached the international airport on the city's eastern edge. The 2002 eruption had reportedly claimed 250 lives and left 1.2 lakh homeless. Watch the full video for more.
