Leg Day Home Workout || No equipment needed (Instagram Video)

Was working out and realized that I might as well share the workouts I've been doing during lockdown since people have beeeen asking.

Here's a no equipment Calisthenics workout.

5 Rounds takes me around 1hr to 45min. If you take longer its ok, as you get fitter you'll get better and will be able to minimize rest.

Even if you're too lazy to workout, just do 1 round of this in between every episode of series on @netflixsa 😂✌🏽 Exercises:

1. Lunges - 20 per leg

2. Squats - 35

3. Bulgarian Split Squats - 20

4. Pistol Squat - 15 (used a chair because as you can see, form is not the greatest) 😅

5. Squat Jumps - 25

6. Step Ups - 30

7. Calf Raises - 25
