BASIC FIGURE EIGHT DESCRIPTION: Make a "flower" with your hands, with the inside of your wrists facing each other. Then, put your right hand below your left and twist them down, until the backs of your hands are facing each other and your arms are pointing down. Bring them back up by bringing your right hand in front of your left. Make sure your hands don't go "inside" the pocket created by your arms :[]
