Our experience in industrial requirements for safety at heights has gone into making this via ferrata set, setting a brand new standard: the clever system featuring a free-running ascender and compact energy absorbing lanyard prevents falls and guarantees maximum safety. In extreme cases, the ascender blocks immediately, preventing a hazardous fall down to the next anchor point. Another advantage of the RIDER 3.0: both the ascender and the carabiner on the second arm can easily be used by both left-handed and right-handed people. Suitable for steel cables from 12-16 millimetres; otherwise, a conventional safety carabiner can also be attached to the RIDER 3.0.
