Sunspot radio waves possibly affecting communications.

Not sure if this video shows any kind of weird anomaly happening but if you pay attention what I was trying to do was do a screen recording of my phone I did not pay attention until after I had the recording started that it was 1:40 in the afternoon however my phone was saying it was 8:40. If you pay attention to the upper left corner of the screen you will see that 8:40 changes to 1:40. Does anybody have any idea what could cause this to happen?
