Els gestors de lo públic es troben en la tessitura d’optar per diverses vies perquè els ciutadans fem el que ells creuen que és el millor per la societat: la persuasió, la coacció, la mentida i la subtil manipulació del nostre inconscient. Diferenciem la mentida i l’engany que pot ser derrotada per la reflexió i la nova informació, de la manipulació perceptiva i emocional on la racionalitat i la reflexió no la pot aturar.

Public managers are in the process of opting for several channels so that citizens can do what they think is the best for society: persuasion, coercion, lies and the subtle manipulation of our unconscious. We differentiate the lie and the deceit that can be defeated by the reflection and the new information, of the perceptive and emotional manipulation where the rationality and the reflection can not stop it. És autor dels llibres Crisis de comunicació on-line (2014) i El límite del 2.0 en la acción y el activismo social y político (2011).
Treballa a l’equip de comunicació de la UGT de Catalunya com a responsable de comunicació en xarxa. És Llicenciat en Física per la UAB, Màster en Societat de la Informació per la UOC i DEA en sociologia per la UOC. Dóna classes a màsters universitaris i col·labora en diversos mitjans de comunicació com a articulista i tertulià. Ha sigut durant 8 anys conseller de districte de mobilitat, seguretat i serveis urbans al districte d’Horta-Guinardó de Barcelona.
