Zofia's Withstand Needs To Go

Zofia's ability to withstand is something that is brought up every now and then and we ask the question, "why is this in the game?" And after seeing this ability change the outcome of a particualr pro league match, I'm scratching my head asking the same question. Why is Zofia's withstand in the game? It seems that the devs have chosen lore over balance when it comes to Zofia and I, among many others, think withstand needs to be removed from Rainbow Six Seige.
