Snowman from the Forest｜Persimmon Gingerbread Muffin｜雪人的森林喜柿｜柿子瑪芬蛋糕

In San Francisco, it is difficult to see snow in winter (the last time may have been back half a century). In the winter of the northern forest, I remember the ice cones hanging upside down on the drain, the scattered footprints on the snow, and the thin snow cover on the persimmons.
Out of yearning for home and winter, we combined persimmon and snow, two different winter images, to create an emotional snowman persimmon muffin cake.

三番的氣候，很難在冬天看到雪（上一次可能要追溯到半個世紀以前了）。記憶中北方的冬天，是倒掛在排水溝上的冰錐，是雪地上零星的腳印，是一顆顆柿子上的輕薄雪蓋。
出於對家、對冬季的思念~ 我們結合了柿子和雪，兩種別樣的冬季意象，製作了充滿情感的雪人柿子瑪芬蛋糕~
