CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
A super easy, quick recipe of delicious moist chocolate cupcakes. A perfect recipe that can be enjoyed on any occasion whether celebrating a birthday, Christmas or a dinner party at home.

Ingredients for Cupcakes:-
1 Cup All purpose flour
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Baking powder
¼ Tsp Baking soda
¼ Cup Oil
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Yoghurt
1 Tsp Vanilla essence

Ingredients for Chocolate Frosting :-
2 Cups Icing sugar
50 gm Butter (unsalted)
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Tsp Vanilla essence

Method:-
1. In a bowl add eggs and whisk well.
2. Now add half the quantity of the sugar and whisk.
3. Add the remaining sugar and whisk again.
4. Now add yoghurt, oil and vanilla essence. Whisk well.
5. Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
7. Mix till well incorporated into a smooth batter.
8. Spoon into the cupcake cases.
9. Bake at 180 degree C for 20-25 minutes or till the knife comes out clean.
10. Keep aside to cool before frosting.
11. In a bowl whisk unsalted butter till smooth.
12. Now sieve cocoa powder and half of the icing sugar and mix.
13. Add vanilla essence and mix.
14. Now sieve the remaining icing sugar and whisk.
15. Add a tsp of water. Whisk.
16. Chocolate frosting is ready.
17. Decorate the cooled cupcakes with the frosting.
18. Enjoy 
