EDIT: I get many questions about how I made this, what program did I use etc., so I thought I should put it in the description ^^
The technique is called rotoscope. I used Paint Tool SAI to draw each frame, then Photoshop to animate it. I also used After Effects for that dissolve/disintegration effect at the end just because I wanted to try out the program ^^ You can do everything entirely in Photoshop though, and it's not as difficult as it seems!

ALSO YES, this is digitally drawn animation with a photo of a sketchbook as a background, so kindly please stop calling it "fake" :))
