Chandler Backyard Gets Full Glow-Up | Turf, Travertine, & Pool Feature

What do you get when you combine turf, travertine, a baja step, deck jets, new coping, a fresh tile line, upgraded pool equipment, and a touch of WSL magic?

This Chandler Park Promenade project is a perfect blend of clean lines, functional flow, and outdoor comfort — with a pool zone that now looks like it belongs in a resort.

We didn’t just install hardscape and turf — we engineered a vibe.
This project included:
• 690 sq ft of artificial turf
• 700+ sq ft of concrete pavers
• A new retaining wall for structure and elevation
• Full travertine patio installation
• Pool refinishing: new tile line, pebble finish, baja step w/ umbrella sleeve
• Coping install
• LED pool lighting
• Brand new filter + pump motor
• New deck jet water feature
• Upgraded irrigation system with swing pipe + drip filter
• Lighting & drainage solutions throughout

Every element was purpose-built to balance form and function.
