Afghanistan's Taliban, US sign agreement aimed at ending war

After more than 18 years of war, a deal between the US and Taliban has put Afghanistan on the path to what many hope will be a permanent peace.
The signing took place in the Qatari capital Doha, ending eighteen months of talks.
One of the key components of the deal could see a complete withdrawal of all US and NATO troops within 14 months, if the Taliban sticks to its part.
