Happy Monday! Today I wanted to share my tips for How to Get Your Dream Job - right out of college! I was very proactive in my job search and did some special things during college to allow me to find a job at my dream company less than a month after graduating - across the country no less! Here are my 7 tips!

Apply to companies you love not jobs you find.
Have a beautiful resume, and tailor it to each job!
Add bullet points and specific numbers into your emails/cover letter.
Spend more time talking about how THEY benefit.
Look for small companies.
Intern and get experience AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
Assume it’s going to happen.
