Anoushka Shankar in conversation | Southbank Centre
Anoushka Shankar’s music crosses the realms of classical and contemporary, acoustic and electronic. A sitarist, film composer and activist, her career is just as eclectic, from jazz cafes to symphony halls – and the Grammys – but with just one intention: ‘playing to connect to the innermost part of myself and hopefully the listener.’
Shankar is in conversation with Bengi Unsal, our Head of Contemporary Music.
