In this episode of Akah and Claire, we give you updates on our lives as a couple but also throw in how to cook teriyaki chicken stir fry rice because our friends @MAGGI Nigeria reached out to us and said it would be a good idea!

We cooked Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry rice and these are all the things you would need.
1. Shredded Chicken
2. Rice
3. Maggi (We really love to use Maggi Bottom Pot in our home)
4. teriyaki sauce
5. Bell Peppers
6. Ginger Powder
7. Garlic
8. Chopped Onions
9. Eggs
10. Chilli Pepper
11. Black Pepper
12. Chicken Broth
13. Mushrooms
14. Olive or Vegetable Oil (We prefer Olive)

We don't like to use salt if we are using Maggi though. We have found that it's hardly necessary. The food turned out to be delicious and we hope you don't get as distracted as we got because we were so hungry. Lol!
