The City of Seattle was about to do a major sweep of homeless camps. The purpose of the video series was to document what was going on before it was swept under the rug. The video is proof there is a complicated problem and removes deniability. There is a LOT Seattle is doing and has done to help but people really need to help themselves ultimately to get to that better place in life. There is no intent of spying and it's been about a year now since making this video, the people and camps have long since moved along.
