How To Prepare For A No Buy Year, Plus The No Spend Rules You Could Set Yourself For 2020!

Thinking of doing a No Buy Year in 2020 or a no spend challenge? Here's how to prepare for doing a no buy year and some rules you could think about including in your own challenge.

I have just finished doing a no buy year in 2019 and I wanted to share some tips for how to prepare for doing your own no buy year challenge for anyone else looking to do one. These are some tips for not spending money and how I have found the year just gone.
Remember, this is your no buy year, or month, or weekend, so the rules need to suit you - you don't want to punish yourself and make it really hard so you want to quit - it has to work for you!

I have added in some rules as suggestions if you're looking to do a no buy year and want to know what kind of rules and boundaries you could set yourself but ultimately you need to set your "WHY" and your how long and then set your own rules for doing it.
