black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
white sesame: 1 tsp
salt to taste
fresh coriander: 1/4 cup
hot oil: 1/4 cup
water as required
oil for deep fry

2) how to make mawa suji gujiya::

white flour: 200 grm
clarified butter: 4 tsp
hot water as required

stuffing:

semolina: 1/2 cup
mawa: 250 grm
almonds: 2 tsp
pistachio: 2 tsp
cashews: 2 tsp
raisins: 1 tsp
powder suger: 1 cup
cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
clarified butter for deep fry

3) how to make sakarpare::

white flour: 2 cup
clarified butter: 1/4 cup
water as required
oil for deep fry

suger: 1 cup
water: 1/2 cup
cardamom powder: 1 tsp

4) how to make besan chakli::

rice flour: 1 cup
gram flour: 1 cup
red chili powder: 1 tsp
carom seeds:
turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
kasoori methi: 1/2 tsp
asafoetida: 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil: 1/4 cup
water as required
oil for deep fry

5) how to make besan nariyal burfi::

gram flour: 1 cup
clarified butter: 1 cup
dessicated coconut: 1 cup
suger: 1 cup
almonds powder: 1 cup
milk: 1 cup
cardamom powder: 1 tsp

6) how to make dry fruits ladoo::

dates(without seeds) : 200 grm
total clarified butter: 2 1/2 tsp
almonds: 1 cup
cashews: 1/2 cup
pistachio: 1/4 cup
chironji: 1/4 cup
poppy seeds: 2 tsp
makhana: 1 cup
