When we adopted Penny, she made us promise to take her back every couple of years to visit her friends and foster family. But with the last few years being the way they are, we haven't been able to go. So for months now, we have been telling her about San Francisco's Chinatown - that it's the biggest and oldest in America and that she would love it! We may not be able to take her back to her birth country, but this would be the next best thing! And she absolutely LOVED IT!
