VR 180 3D The mighty Tahodio Dam Tenerife

June2019. Just outside Santa Cruz you can find this picturesque Dam and lake, known locally as El Presa Tahodio. If you are prepared to drive up a single car only road with few passing spaces, you can get within a 5-10 min walk from the dam, just park up at the no entry sign. There is a parking space for 4/5 cars 5 minutes further back on the left if its getting a bit claustrophobic on the narrow road which will add a further 20/30 mins walking time... or park in the village and walk the entire way which may be a couple of hours or so round trip! Worth it for this wonderful view, especially on a sunny day!
