Tokyo Disneyland 35th Anniversary Celebration! (2018) | Foods, Dreaming Up Parade & More!

We enjoy Tokyo Disneyland's 35th Anniversary Celebration during our stay there! We check out the special foods and the Dreaming Up Parade which are available only at this time. In addition to these festivities, we had such a great time checking out the rides (including the newly renewed It's a Small World ride), transforming my daughter into Queen Elsa at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and meeting all the Disney characters. Be sure to check out the rest of the description box for the details surrounding our trip. Food info and menus are only available in Japanese on the Tokyo Disney Resort website, so I have put the English info down below.

Tokyo Disneyland's Happiest 35th Celebration is in session until March 2019! Make sure you are on the lookout for all the special edition souvenirs, foods, festivities and decor around the park.

P.S. I would have loved to have vlogged the last half of our Disney trip but the rain made it a bit difficult. We went to a few indoor shows and did some shopping during that time. Tomorrowland and some parts of Fantasyland also have great indoor rides and attractions. Shopping at World Bazaar was too crowded due to people avoiding the rain so we decided to go back a few days later (vlog on that day coming up!)

- Tokyo DisneyResort Website: http://www.tokyodisneyresort.jp/en/ (Please be sure to check for updates on ride closings before you make plans to go!)

- Download the Tokyo DisneyResort App to stay up to date for waiting times, fast pass updates, and parade times! You can also check specific days and times from the past to predict trends.

-Tokyo Disneyland Hotel: Located right across from the park! One of the biggest perks is getting into the Disney parks 15 minutes before they open.

-Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique: Located right inside Tokyo Disneyland Hotel (there is also another location in the park). We had to make reservations one month in advance and we opted for the cheapest option which was just hair, makeup, and nails (we provided our own dress). Of course, my daughter picked Elsa :))

-Dreaming Up!: Park-Wide Parade celebrating Tokyo Disney's 35th Anniversary. We got a pretty good view from behind the sitting crowd near Cinderella's Castle. Unfortunately, we had to mute the music due to copyright issues but you can catch a bit of the song in my last video at DisneySea.

-Pan Galactic Pizza Port (Tomorrowland): Special 35th Anniversary Blue Syrup Sparkling Drink for 350 yen, Darth Vadar Mochi for 360 yen, Salami Sausage Pizza for 720 yen.

-It's a Small World (Fantasyland): Renovations complete to include your favorite Disney characters! Because of its recent renewal, lines will be longer than usual and fast passes are available.

-Meeting Princesses! (Fantasyland): We were just hanging out behind the castle and all the Disney princesses started to make their way through! Definitely a highlight of Akari's day!

-Sweetheart Cafe (World Bazaar): Special 35th Anniversary Mickey Bread for 500 yen. The two ears and face each have different flavors.

-The Gazebo (Adventureland): Special 35th Anniversary Beef and Rice Waffle Cone for 500 yen. Interesting combination, but worth the try!

-Sara's Kitchen (Critter County): Chicken Doria for 990 yen, Pumpkin Salad for 550 yen, Hamburger meal for 1040 yen

-Back at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel: Fully stocked convenience store to pick up Akari's dinner and my coffee ;) We also got to see fireworks from our hotel room!
