I really think its about time that you nourish yourself. Go get some nice vegetables, and some meat, and maybe some good potatoes. Cook up a dinner, and eat it. Or not. Just a recommendation.

Do you feel good? Its ok if you don't. I a lot of people these days don't feel good. The important thing to know is that you WILL feel good sooner or later. Its the natural progression of life. Life strives to feel good, to grow, to be happier. Just remember that there will be a small still voice inside you, which will guide you. You must listen to this voice! Otherwise you're just stuck in the mud. If a small part of you was saying to join that band, THEN JUST DO IT, and stop overthinking. Listen to your heart, and it will guide you to immense happiness, and MORE! Just remember, that normally the things your heart wants you to do are not the most comfortable, and likely will be awkward at first, uncomfortable.

Examples of things your heart might ask:
GO talk to that girl
Go talk to that teacher
Go tell that person that they are appreciated
Go try out for that sport that seems unlikely you would succeed in but something inside is telling you to try it.
Go donate some time toward the food shelter.
Go apply to THAT college which seems unlikely.
Go apply to THAT job which seems unlikely...
etc.

Just listen to that STILL and SMALL voice. IT whispers, but it normally is trying to help you. Just like a good song, be quiet, and the voice will seem louder because your not talking over it.
