Cab Ride ES Ribes de Freser - La Tour de Carol (Línea R3 Rodalies de Catalunya)

CAST:
Viaje en cabina en un tren de la línea R3 de Rodalies de Catalunya entre las estaciones de Ribes de Freser y La Tour de Carol.

Este servicio efectúa parada en todas las estaciones y apeaderos de su recorrido (Tenéis el minuto exacto de cada estación/apeadero en un comentario fijado abajo).

Se ha recortado el tiempo que el tren se encuentra detenido en algunas estaciones y apeaderos para evitar una mayor duración del vídeo.

En nuestro trayecto, ascenderemos desde los 905,51 metros de altitud de la estación de Ribes, hasta los 1460 metros de altura que se alcanzan dentro del tunel de Toses, que constituyen el punto de mayor altitud de la Red Ferroviaria de Interés General (RFIG). Tras salir del tunel, iniciamos el descenso hacia Puigcerdà pasando por la estación de La Molina que con sus 1420,22 metros de altitud es considerada la estación a mayor altitud de toda la RFIG.

En cuanto a la curiosidades ferroviarias, en Planoles, el interventor del tren nos tendrá que dar las Operaciones Terminadas (OT) indicándonos que ha finalizado la subida y bajada de viajeros y podemos cerrar las puertas de forma segura para poder iniciar la marcha.
Se cuenta también con diversas Limitaciones Temporales de Velocidad durante el trayecto, asi como un Cambio Significativo de Velocidad (CSV) en la estación de La Molina.
Aparte, se circula al amparo de un Bloqueo de Liberación Automática en Vía Única (BLAU), exceptuando el tramo Puigcerdà - La Tour de Carol que se circula al amparo de un Bloqueo Telefónico Nominal (BTN) y por tanto precisaremos de la presentación del Marche el Tren por parte del Responsable de Circulación de la estación de Puigcerdà para poder reanudar la marcha hacia La Tour de Carol.
Tras pasar la frontera (con el evidente cambio del tipo de carril y traviesas), nos estacionamos en la vía A de la estación internacional de La Tour de Carol - Enveitg.

En esta sección de la línea R3, circulan trenes de la serie 447, operados por la empresa estatal de ferrocarriles (Renfe).

After leaving the tunnel, we start the downhill towards Puigcerdà passing through La Molina station, which with its 1420.22 m. is considered the highest station of the entire RFIG.

As for the railway curiosities, in Planoles station, the train crew (Guard) will have to give us the Completed Operations (OT) indicating that the up and down of passengers has finished and we can close the doors safely to resume the journey.
There are also several Temporary Speed Restrictions during the journey, as well as a Significant Speed Change ​​(CSV) at La Molina station.
In addition, we drive under a Single-Way Automatic Release Block (BLAU), except for the Puigcerdà - La Tour de Carol section that is driven under a Phone Block (BTN) and therefore we will need the autorization of the Puigcerdà station dispatcher in order to resume the journey towards La Tour de Carol.
After crossing the border between Spain and France (with the obvious change in the kind of rail and sleepers), we end our journey on track A of the international station of La Tour de Carol - Enveitg.
