Buyer Beware -- Always open sealed items at Value Village before purchase

Today I purchased a sealed bag of Light bulbs that were labeled as LED but in fact were CFL bulbs. They refused to give a refund and only would offer 7 day's in-store credit.

Thumbs up if you think they should have given a refund,
Thumbs down if you think I should have already known to open the bag before buying.
