Mack Brown's return to North Carolina as the Tar Heel Head Coach wasn't met with overwhelming praise when the move was announced two years ago, but Brown and his staff have quietly put together a solid foundation that almost wasn't so quiet with a near-upset over Clemson in 2019. As the 2005 Rose Bowl replay between USC and Texas ended the other night, Brown tweeted UNC would rise to the top of the sport the same way Texas did 15 years ago. Many chuckled and shrugged the proclamation off, but on Late Kick Live #10 Josh Pate shared a few reasons why he isn't quite as eager to write Brown off as merely a dreamer.
