Today’s video is a behind-the-scenes of how we setup for my Aunt’s 50th Birthday party. She’s always wanted a luau themed party, so the family came together to throw her a tropical glam surprise party. When my Uncle let us know his plans for the event, I knew I had to hit up Efavormart and they were excited to collaborate and kindly sponsored this video.

For the party backdrop, we went with a tropical grass wall and two gold geometric stands from Efavormart. They were so easy to put together and helped cut the setup up time at the venue as we were only given one hour.

For our table settings, we went with these green reef chargers, pink satin napkins for a pop of color, and gold tableware over black velvet linens. The star of the show were these gold luxe candelabras and our floral vendor did her thing with the arrangements. We were able to place small arrangements right in the middle of the centerpieces to step up the glam.

Efavormart has a variety of wedding and party supplies at wholesale prices. Our decor budget wasn’t huge for this event, but we were able to pick up some show-stopping pieces and essentials without breaking the bank. I even placed the order last minute and it still showed up on my doorstep two days later, just in time for the party because they ship in 24 hours.
