October in Asheville is the time to visit! We take a quick trip to this hip mountain town in North Carolina for Leah's birthday weekend. After a quick tour of the town, a gorgeous hike at sunset on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Asian tapas we feel like we conquered Asheville in nearly 24 hours!
