We thought we were buying the FARM… we weren’t

This week, we're looking at an agriturismo for sale in a village near Fivizzano. An agriturismo is a farm in Italy which offers accommodation, and generally sells their produce and cooks the food they grow for their guests. As is the case with most things in Italy, it's complicated, and we found out that what was included in the sale of this property didn't quite add up to what we expected.

I would advise that if you are interested in this property, make an offer for the whole farm. If the family are willing to sell it all, it can be kept as an agriturismo. Otherwise, it's just a B&B (in the middle of nowhere).
