Barragem de Cedillo - Cedillo Dam - Nisa - 4K UltraHD

The Cedillo Dam marks the entry of the Tagus River into Portuguese territory after its international course of about 40 kms, where the north bank is Portuguese, and the south bank is Spanish. The River Sever also converges at this point, which extends the border to the south. The dam defines the Portugal-Spain border. It also separates the District of Castelo Branco from the District of Portalegre.

A Barragem de Cedillo marca a entrada do Rio Tejo no território português após o seu curso internacional de cerca de 40 kms, onde a margem Norte é portuguesa, e a margem Sul espanhola. Neste ponto também conflui o Rio Sever, que prolonga a fronteira para Sul. A barragem define a fronteira Portugal-Espanha. Também separa o Distrito de Castelo Branco do Distrito de Portalegre.
