How to Program a Dorman Key Fob for Select GM Vehicles

How to program Dorman Keyless Entry Remotes for select GM vehicles.

In this video, we walk you through the simple steps required to program a Dorman key fob to a compatible General Motors vehicle. This quick and easy process doesn’t require any special tools. We recommend reading all instructions prior to attempting programming.

Please note that the vehicle must already be equipped with keyless entry and have at least one key already programmed to the vehicle. If you do not have an existing key fob, you will first have to have a new fob programmed with a separate scan tool.
