Last year we were in Jamaica and I was so overweight I didn't climb a waterfall with my kids and that was the first time in all my years of being overweight that my weight stopped me from doing something. So I decided to do something about it. I started exercising and eating right. I didn't do any crash diets or anything weird. It was the old fashion, eat right and exercise and I went from 335 lbs to 282 lbs. I still have a long way to go, but we all start somewhere. I hope this video can inspire a few people to start their own journey. Here is hoping for another 50 pounds for next year. Here are before and after pictures of losing 50 pounds. Even big guys can do it.
