How to make Ali Nazik Kebab - 16th Century Turkish Lamb Dish

This incredibly delicious dish is a specialty from the city of Antep (Gaziantep) province of Turkey.
It is said that during his reign in 16th century Ottoman Empire, Sultan Selim II visited the city and the best cooks in the city were competing with each other to prepare the best dish for the Sultan. When the Sultan tasted this dish, he asked for the creator of this dish to present himself and in his own words, he asked: "Which cook with such delicate hands prepared this marvel?" Delicate hands means "Eli Nazik" in Turkish and since then the dish is called "Ali Nazik" or "Alinazik". At least, this is the story I chose to believe about this dish.

Hope you enjoy the recipe in 4K quality and let me know if you want me to share any other Turkish food in the future.
