Just a bit of history on learning to fly the MX2 sprint.The pics include purchasing, first crow hops, at Creswell, rebuilding the damaged ROTAX 503, and and some fun moments in learning how to fly the Quicksilver. NOTE: The basics are the same, but the MX and most ultralights respond much differently than heavier stuff. AGAIN, I AM NOT A CFI!! THIS IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. While it is possible to "teach yourself to fly," hiring a CFI is cheap compared to the potential medical bills. I was only able to accomplish this with the help of my friends in aviation. Thanks, Doug, Ernie, and Chris but most of all, my lovely wife who found the MX II on Craigslist....
