When "I woke up like this" becomes a flex, and celebs
show up on the red carpet in street clothes, it can be
hard to justify getting dressed.

What am I getting dressed for? Who is going to see
me?
Here's my answer.
Get. Dressed. Anyway.

I live in a small beach town where flip flops and t-shirts
are the required dress code, but I wear what I want. To
Publix. To the outlet mall. To church. To the doctor's
office. To restaurants.

It raises my energy. It improves my mood. It makes me
kinder and more social.

I do it for me.

And, if getting dressed inspires women around me to
do the same, that's a bonus.
