Police Find Gun During Traffic Stop

University Heights, Ohio -- On March 5th, 2021, an officer was conducting a traffic enforcement detail. A vehicle was observed traveling 70MPH in a posted 25MPH zone.

A traffic stop was conducted and a subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Rayvon Miller. He was issued citations for:
-Speeding,
-Reckless operation,
-Driving under suspension,
-Driving without a valid license,
-Improper handling of a firearm.

Mr. Miller was given a ride to the police station where a friend picked him up.

He has plead not guilty on all counts. However, a change of plea hearing is set for October 13th.
