CRANBERRY SPRITZER
You don’t need alcohol to have a festive good time; this drink makes a delicious mocktail for the holidays or anytime you can find fresh cranberries.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened apple cider or unsweetened apple juice
1 Tablespoon lime juice
½ cup fresh cranberries
4 ounces of sparkling water
PREPARATION:
Place apple cider, lime juice, and cranberries in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two pretty glasses. Add four ounces of sparkling water to each glass. Make a toast and enjoy!
