Plaster boarding a garden room and 2.5 mtr and what timber sizes to use

We are plaster boarding out this garden room with 12.5mm square edge plaster boards.
We are going to build a mini garden room next to this one as a shed, Jen is going to build this, and It may be of interest to some of you.
