Antique Table Makeover Refinished Kitchen Table

This beautiful kitchen table top was restored to a refinished modern style. This solid wood had been covered with a veneer top that was lifting. We removed the glued veneer with a heat gun and sanded the beautiful solid wood planks to a bare finish. We then applied a Minwax provincial penetrating stain and protected it with a Polyurethane protective finish. This antique table with a patent-pending leaf mechanism is ready for many years of use!
