The Craziest Broken Rear Spring Mount EVER: Super Unsafe 1979 Corvette

I have bought a few C3s, I have worked on a few, and I have never in my life seen the rear spring issue that this 1979 Corvette has. ALL FOUR MOUNTING BOLTS are broken off that hold the rear spring to the differential. The center pin in broken and banana shaped, essentially making the rear spring free to move all around. Can I get it out without much trouble?
