In this video we will be preparing and trying out the most famous street food item of India’s city of joy, West Bengal. West Bengal is extremely well known for its delicious sweets including but not limited to Rasgulla, Misti doi and Sandesh. But, it is a lesser known fact that other than their delightful desserts, West Bengal also has a huge variety of tasty street food items as well. The delicious street food items that are available at the corner of every street in the Indian state of West Bengal include but are not limited to Beguni, phuchka and telebhaja. That’s why I decided to prepare their famous Beguni which is just long slices of fried brinjal coated in a mixture of gram and rice flour along with a few spices. Surprisingly, this dish was extremely easy to prepare as it can be made by the ingredients present in the kitchen of almost every Indian household. This food items turned out to be extremely flavourful and unique in its own way. We had a great time preparing and trying out these food items. Hope you guys enjoy the video !
