Amazing Boxing Drill for Slipping Punches #shorts

Tony Jeffries shares a tip on how to slip punches in boxing. This tip in Slipping Punches is Using a Slip Rope. You can use anything as a slip rope, on this video, I tied a hand wrap from the heavy bag to a wall. Just make sure you tie it on head height because that's where the punches are coming.
