One of the most overlooked places for dining are the grocery stores. When on the go, instead of going to the restaurants, one can get a lunch very inexpensively. The big grocery stores, Super Xtra & Super Carnes, have a small dining area where you can enjoy your lunch or take it with you. Super 99
also has a similar concept.

We were really surprised to find Kitchen Appliances offered for sale in a grocery store?

One tip for beef lovers, it is good to go before 12pm- in the afternoon it tends to be a bit tough...... chicken is always a good choice.

Panama is very inexpensive, outside of Panama City.
