RAILREEL "WHEELS & WINDMILLS" - VIA OSR CN Jan 30 2018

Another very frigid day and some new snow overnight so I got up early and headed up to catch VIA 70 at 8 AM. The day yielded lots of action spread out over 8 hours but also a lot of driving. . Four VIARail trains. The St Thomas and Tillsonburg jobs on Ontario Southland Railway and 3 CN freights including CN 389 with a huge train of giant windmill blades. I caught it in Beachville Ontraio as it has stopped to let CN 398 go by. I then caught it after waiting 2 hours in the cold for it to leave Ingersoll as it had to set off 43 mutlis and lifted many more. They are very hard to catch so was worth the extra wait to get it twice. I hope up you see something you like and thanks for looking.
