Working in the high-stress environment of the Emergency Department, my days get chaotic fast. I’ve learned that prayer isn’t just a private moment—it’s a "running narrative" with God. When I purpose myself to consult Him all day, I’m a more compassionate nurse, a better husband, and a better father. But when I fall into the trap of disconnection, I feel the lack immediately.
