Today I’m showing you all how easy it is to create a dinner date at home. During this hectic time in the world, it’s actually pretty fun to come up with new ideas to make your partner smile.
Glazed Salmon, garlic butter smashed potatoes and green bean stir fry!

Ingredients:
* Salmon:
- 1 Tbsp, Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tsp, sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp, olive oil
- 1/2 Tsp, old bay seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp, Jamaican allspice
- 1/2 Tsp, garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp, creole blackening seasoning
- 1/2 packet, Sazón Goya seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Mashed potatoes:
- 10 small red potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup Softened butter(more for after)
- 1/2 cup,milk
- 1/4 cup, heavy cream
- 1 head of garlic
- 1-1/2 Tsp, sea salt(salt to taste)
- 1/8 Tsp, black pepper
(50 minutes)

Green beans:
- 2 cups, fresh green beans
- 2 Tbsp, olive oil
- 1 Tbsp, butter
- 1/8 Tsp, chili flakes(opt)
- 1/2 packet, Sazon seasoning
- 1/2 Tbsp, garlic powder
- 1/8 Tsp, onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
(10 minute veggie)
Salmon glaze:
- 1/2 cup, jack Daniels
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup, honey
- 1 Tsp, Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp, soy sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp, hot sauce (opt)
- 1/2 Tbsp, corn starch + 1/2 cup cold water(mixed)
