Tyrants Illegally Seizure Firearms, Camera and Unlawful Detainment While Fishing

Happy New Year to all of my Subscribers. After my open carry trips throughout the Port St Lucie area that I reside in I met Officer A. Dailey and A. Romani and today they decided to violate my rights and unlawfully detain me for their lack of knowledge of Florida Statutes 790.25 (3)(h). I rather help educate the public, but knowledge is power and today these officers learned something that will keep a law abiding citizen safe while open carrying. Officer L. Holiday she was very understanding about my rights and knew that some of what the other two officers were saying was wrong. I would have had that interaction on camera but my camera was stolen from me. When their supervisor got to the scene it was definitely explained that I was lawful in what i was doing and they had to let me go. The only positive I could say was that they didn't point guns at me but still violated so many of my rights. I do not push open carry on anyone carry how you feel. If you would like to have open carry then open carry every time you go fishing, hunting or camping. The more we fight for open carry the better the chance we will get open carry or constitutional carry.
